I know client side we can force refresh by Ctrl+Shift+R , but it's too tough to instruct my website users to do this every single time. Just a really nice tool to stop me from being driven insane resetting my inspect window each time I make a minor CSS tweak. Would be cool if there was a refresh button in the tab as well as sometimes I won't always inspect the page in-between changes so you have to click off the tab and then back but that's a minor frustration all in all.
